Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users of Webpulls, a SaaS product owned and operated by ZOZWEB SOFTWARES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing a subscription plan on Webpulls, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. Prepaid Subscription Model

  • Webpulls operates on a prepaid subscription basis.
  • Customers are required to pay in full before gaining access to any subscription plan or service.
  • By completing the purchase, you agree to our No Refund Policy.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.
  • Once a plan is purchased and the service is activated, the amount paid will be considered consumed, regardless of usage.
  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including:
  • Unused subscription time
  • Change of mind
  • Low usage of services
  • Dissatisfaction with service outcomes (as SEO results vary and depend on multiple external factors)

3. Plan Upgrades

  • Customers may upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
  • In the case of an upgrade:
  • The unused balance of the current plan will be adjusted against the cost of the upgraded plan.
  • The remaining amount must be paid in full to activate the new plan.
  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately after payment confirmation.

4. No Downgrades

  • Webpulls does not allow downgrades to a lower plan once a subscription has been purchased.
  • Customers must continue with their current plan until expiry or opt for an upgrade.

5. Subscription Expiry & Renewal

  • Each plan is valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
  • If not renewed before expiry, access to premium features will be automatically suspended.
  • Customers are responsible for managing their renewal to avoid service interruptions.

6. Service Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation will stop further renewals but will not entitle the customer to a refund for the remaining subscription period.
  • The account will remain active until the current subscription term expires.

7. Changes to Pricing & Policy

  • Webpulls reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, plans, or this Policy at any time.
  • Any changes will be updated on our website and will apply to future purchases.
